Tuition Management
Saint John the Baptist Catholic School offers "FACTS Tuition Management" to help manage your tuition payments to the school.
We offer five convenient ways to pay your child's tuition. We make available five payment plans for paying tuition so you can choose what works best for your family.
- One payment - Paid in full, prior to Sep 1
- Two payments - Paid on a semester basis
- Four payments - Paid on a quarterly basis
- Eight payments - Paid monthly, during the school year
- Twelve payments - Paid monthly, all-year round.
FACTS Tuition Management is the only form of tuition collection for children enrolling in Kindergarten through 6th grade program. Preschool students will not be on the program for the 2011/12 year. Those payments will still need to be made directly to the school office.
We make every attempt to make tuition payments manageable for you. We accept personal check, EFT, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Additional information on payment methods accepted and other information is available to you, once you register in the FACTS system. If you need a different payment plan, other than the five listed above, contact Jackie Nerat, Business Manager at (608) 849-5121 to discuss.
In order to help offset the cost of administering the payment plans, families choosing to make more than one payment will be charged a one-time annual fee of $25.00. If tuition is paid in full by September 1, there will be no fee. Please note: If you do choose to pay in full, you will still need to register your family in the FACTS program.
The FACTS Tuition Management program will also be used to manage incidental fees such as athletics, playground, and more.
Registration is easy and available anytime, online. To register, follow these easy steps:
- Click on the FACTS FACTS graphic above to access the system.
- Click on the "Get Started" button under "New User."
- Enter student information for EACH student in Kindergarten - 6th grade (Please note: Preschool will not be on the program for the 2011/12 year. Those payments will still need to be made directly to the school office. )
- Select a payment plan option.
- Enter the proper demographic information and create a username and password.
- Enter financial account information for making payments.
- Review your account summary and click the "Submit" button.
- Choose to print or email your confirmation page. It includes your agreement number, which will be needed to reference your tuition payment plan with Saint John School and FACTS.
