Faith in Schools
When we see the cross on the classroom wall, may we always remember the reason our schools of faith exist. For Christ died upon the cross, not for academic excellence, and not for a dress code; not for well-written essays, or for correctly added math problems. Christ died upon the cross for our salvation, and as a model of love for us to follow.
May we remember while learning or teaching, that the most important thing we can learn or teach is not in our textbooks, but instead, is our faith in Christ himself. Amen
