Samuel Zelinka, an engineer for the US Dept. of Agriculture’s Forest Products Laboratory in Madison, Wisconsin is a recipient of the presidential Early Career Awards for Scientists and Engineers. It’s the first time an FPL scientist was selected for the award. Zelinka is a graduate of Saint John School.
