CONFIRMATION REGISTRATION PACKET The documents below were all included in a mailing to everyone who registered for Confirmation for the upcoming class. Confirmation preparation at St. John’s typically begins in January of the candidate’s junior year and continues on into fall of their senior year. If you would like to register your son/daughter, please download these documents, fill them out, and either send them in or drop them off at the faith formation office (209 South Street).
